Today he combines two passions: building businesses and unlocking people. This means he now spends his time doing 4 main things:
- Coaching VCs and founders on scaling their businesses while keeping their sanity!
- Forming “Peer Groups” of exceptional but non-competing leaders to support each other
- Interviewing ambitious founders and other experts for my podcast “Future Fit Founder”
- Supporting expert recruiters launch their own business supported by D4
